The Antigonish Downtown Business Association (ADBA) share a common goal to promote downtown Antigonish, Nova Scotia. 

In 2012, the businesses got together and formalized The Antigonish Downtown Business Development Association (ADBA) premised on one simple mandate – to promote downtown Antigonish. This website and our Facebook page (new in June 2013) are part of our communications to members, businesses in Antigonish and the main visitors to our community.

Pictou Business & Marketing Society

The Pictou Business and Marketing Society is a non-profit organization incorporated in May 2008. The association represents commercial property and business owners in downtown Pictou in an area designated as the Pictou Business District and includes a diverse range of businesses and services. There are approximately seventy-five members ranging from banks, pharmacies, legal services, accommodations and restaurants, and a variety of retail stores and other businesses giving downtown Pictou a wonderful array of goods and services to offer our residents and visitors alike.

The Porters Lake Business Association (PLBA) is an organization run by volunteers, operating as a non-profit entity. It was founded in 2018 and transitioned into a Business Improvement District (BID) in 2019.
